HTW Berlin is managed by the University Board, which is composed of the President, Vice-President for Research, Vice-President for Teaching and the Chancellor.

The University Council and the Board of Trustees are the two central supervisory bodies of HTW Berlin. The Central Election Board monitors elections at HTW Berlin.

ZbwS provides further education Master’s study programmes, distance learning Bachelor and Master’s programmes.

HTW Berlin has four administration departments: Finance and Human Resources; Services, Technical Support and Facility Management; Student Services; Centre for Study, Career and Start-up Services.

HTW Berlin has three central units: University Library, Information Technology Centre, Foreign Languages Centre.

The central offices are the Public Relations Office, International Office, Cooperation Centre for Applied Sciences, Quality Management and University Development Office, Equal Opportunities Office, Controlling.

HTW Berlin employs the following representatives and officers: Staff Council, Equal Opportunities Officer for Women, Disability Officer, Data Protection Officer, student councils.
